By downloading, installing or using the OLENRI mobile application ("OLENRI", "the App") you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
OLENRI is an AI-powered reflection and decision-making assistant. You provide a description of your situation (typed or spoken) and OLENRI returns an AI-generated structured analysis: emotional state, root problem, options, pros/cons, next step, and an optional voice readback. Outputs are produced by large language models and may be incomplete or incorrect.
OLENRI does NOT provide medical, mental-health, psychological, legal, financial, tax, or any other regulated professional advice. The App is intended for personal reflection only. Do not rely on OLENRI for decisions that could affect your health, safety, finances or legal standing — consult a qualified professional.
If you are experiencing a crisis or thoughts of self-harm, please contact local emergency services or a crisis hotline immediately (in the United States: dial 988). OLENRI is not a substitute for professional or emergency care.
You must be at least 13 years old (or the digital-consent age in your country, whichever is higher) to use OLENRI. By using the App you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You may use OLENRI anonymously (device mode) or create an account via email + password, Google sign-in, or Apple sign-in. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Notify us at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
AI outputs are generated probabilistically. They may contain errors, biased framings, or hallucinations (statements that are confident but factually wrong). You are responsible for evaluating the outputs before acting on them. OLENRI provides outputs "as is" without warranty of accuracy.
You retain ownership of the text and voice you submit. By using OLENRI you grant us a limited, non-exclusive licence to process that content as needed to operate the service (see Privacy Policy §§ 3-5 for details). We do not use your individual conversations to train AI models.
OLENRI offers a free tier and two paid subscription tiers — OLENRI Plus and OLENRI Pro. Subscriptions are sold exclusively through Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. Prices, features and billing period are shown at the point of purchase in the app. Auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds are governed by the respective store's standard rules; you can manage or cancel your subscription in your App Store or Google Play account settings at any time.
OLENRI, the OLENRI name, logo, design, and source code are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark and other intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell or lease any part of the App except as expressly permitted.
We may modify, suspend or discontinue any part of the service at any time without liability. We try to give reasonable notice for material changes but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.
THE APP AND ITS OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, OLENRI AND ITS OPERATORS, AFFILIATES, EMPLOYEES OR LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP. Our total aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim (or, if no payment was made, USD 50).
You agree to defend and indemnify OLENRI from any third-party claim arising out of your misuse of the App or your violation of these Terms.
You may stop using OLENRI and delete your account at any time (Settings → "Delete account"). We may terminate or suspend your access for material breach of these Terms. On termination, the sections that by their nature should survive (e.g. §§ 8, 10, 12-14) continue to apply.
These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the country of OLENRI's operator (excluding conflict-of-laws principles). Any dispute will first be addressed by good-faith negotiation (contact [email protected]). If unresolved, disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of that country, unless mandatory consumer-protection laws of your residence grant you the right to sue locally.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced in the App and by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use after a change means you accept the new Terms.
